Below you will find the terms and conditions linked to the distribution ofbonuses:
Account limits
a) Each promotion can be claimed only by one player having an existing and unique account (i.e. one account per household and one bonus per account).Abuse
b) If a second account is opened by the same household and/or individual, it will be compulsorily closed by the Club Poker770 Management. Accordingly, all the bonuses and the winnings obtained following the use of these bonuses will be cancelled and will not be granted to you.
Club Poker 770 reserves the right to review, at any time, all the transactions between players and this without the obligation of justification. If it turns out that certain players participate in the strategies considered by Club Poker770 as abusive, Club Poker770 reserves the right to immediately ban these players from all promotions.
Restrictions
No bonus can be used jointly with another promotion if it has not been clearly stipulated beforehand in the terms of use of this bonus.
Disputes
In case of dispute relating to the bonus grant and/or bonus use, all decisions made by ClubPoker 770 will be final and decisive.
Conditions' validity
Club Poker 770 reserves the right to modify, at any time, the conditions relating to the bonuses' use and/or finish all promotional offers. By using a promotional bonus, Club Poker770 assumes that the player is aware and accepts to be bound by the conditions relating to this bonus. We remind you that it remains within each player's responsibility to regularly read and clearly understand Club Poker770's general conditions. Each player is thus entirely responsible for his/her use of bonuses.
