CODE OF CONDUCT
Introduction
The rules are the major principals on the use of the Forum, they are designed to allow members to get along with one another. The goal of the MyBluff commmunity is to exchange information, organise meetings and discuss interesting ideas.
The rules of good conduct apply to the entire community. On MyBluff, people talk about Poker online and about Poker770 in good humour with respect for one another: People, Moderators and the Web Site itself.
In order to actively take part in our community, a few rules have been set out:
MyBluff members' responsibilities
As a member of MyBluff, you accept the rules of conduct - not to publish any illicit, offensive or discriminatory articles or messages. You are solely responsible for the content you publish throughout the MyBluff community as well as the information that you communicate to other members of the community. MyBluff cannot review all the articles on the website. Accordingly, Mon Bluff accepts no responsibility for the publication of any inappropriate conduct and cannot be responsible for the conduct of any users who publish inappropriate content.
Illicit content
MyBluff will endeavour to block, or remove and delete all unsuitable messages found to contravene the rules. MyBluff reserves the right to do this at its own discretion and without notice. This includes but is not limited to messages that do not respect the rules, anyone posting illegal content and anyone posting content that offends individual users or any content that other users find to be threatening.
Inappropriate content
MyBluff has written a list of what it considers inappropriate content, this includes but is not limited to content which:
- creates a bad atmosphere within the MyBluff community.
- is offensive and racist.
- encourages hatred, physical aggression or any other behaviour of such a nature.
- harasses or encourages harassment.
- exploits people in a violent or sexual manner.
- Promoting Casinos or poker companies other than Casino770 and Poker770 is banned.
- publicly releases information that might put an individual’s security or identity at risk.
- constitutes or deliberately promotes false or untrue information or encourages the practice of illegal activities or abusive, threatening, obscene or libelous conduct.
- aids the transmission of unwanted e-mails, chains of e-mails or unwanted direct mail, unwanted instant messages or commercial e-mails, or any other content that MyBluff considers to be ‘SPAM’.
- incites or promotes any criminal activity or provides the information or instructions relating to illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to, the production or purchase of illegal weapons or the intimidation of an individual or group. This also includes the supply, creation or collusion in the creation of computer viruses, or any information which could be considered as commercial activities and/or selling of MyBluff without prior written agreement of Mon Bluff. This could include but is not limited to competitions, draws, barters, advertisements or pyramid schemes.
- violates confidentiality rights, image rights, copyrights, brand rights, contract rights or any other intellectual copyrights of an individual.
- promotes the propaganda and/or symbols of unconstitutional or illegal organisations in your country.
Abuse on poker770
Anyone found to commit abuse on the Poker770 site will be banned from the community for 1 month or over and will be deprived of chatting on the Poker770 software for 3 months or over at the discretion of MyBluff.
How do I report abuse?
All moderators can report abuse and can directly block people from the MyBluff community.
If, as a user, you are witness to any abuse, make a screenshot showing the person who has committed it, and send it to abus@poker770.com, along with your MyBluff login, if you have one, your poker770 username, and the email address you have registered on MyBluff.
