Poker770 uses the following terms and conditions of sale on your order.
1- Availability of goods and services
1.1 Please note that we can only process your order based on our current stocks and the stocks of our suppliers. The presence of an item in our online catalogue signifies that we have it in stock but there are exceptions.
1.2 If, despite our best checks, it arrives that our stock is temporarily unavailable (stock control problems, reissues etc.), we will email you and ask you whether to change or cancel your order. If we definitely are out of stock (empty stock, items out of print, or production etc.) after your order, we will automatically cancel your order if any of the latter apply and inform you by email, and your Points770 will be reimbursed to you.
2- Orders
2.1 The amount of the bill is payable immediately when you make your order; Points770 are deducted from the moment you place your order.
2.2 Points770 tariffs are approximate; trips are priced per person and the price can change after the date that you make your order. You will receive a confirmation.
3- Deliveries
3.1 Delivery will be made to the address you indicated to us when you made your order. Deliveries will only be made within Metropolitan France. For countries outside of France, please contact our Service Support at this address: support@poker770.com4- Updating products and services
3.2 Items will be delivered to you by a maximum of 15 days after the confirmation of the purchase. Poker770 cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of items, or for loss, or for damage in transportation.
3.3 Please note that there is a time limit of a maximum of 14 days after the notification that the package is in the post for you to collect the goods you ordered. Without a complaint on your behalf within this time limit, your goods will be automatically returned to the sender. All extra expenses which occur from resending the package will be your responsibility.
4.1 Poker770.com reserves the right to update or change the general terms and conditions at its own discretion, without notice, putting these conditions on our site.5- Cancellations/Returns
4.2 Poker770 reserves the right to refuse to take an order at our own discretion. In this case, Points770 points will be returned to you.
4.3 All decisions take by Poker770 are final.
5.1 If you wish to cancel an order before delivery, you can cancel by email within 12 hours, after having sent the order in writing to our Service Support : support@poker770.com
5.2 Poker770 would like to inform you that items ordered and delivered in good condition are neither refundable nor exchangeable, and they will not be exchanged for anything in kind.
5.3 If an item is damaged at delivery, you have 7 days counting from the date of the reception of the article. You must pay the cost of return. Before returning the product please write to support@poker770.com providing us with your reference number, login and PSR+productname+points (for example:PSR123456-ACERLAPTOP-60000).
5.4 If we have sent you an item different from the one we have sent to you, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return it to us so we can replace it. Before returning the product please write to support@poker770.com providing us with your reference number under the form of your login PSR+productname+points (exemple :PSR123456-ACERLAPTOP-60000).
