1MY ACCOUNT

• I did not receive the registration confirmation message containing my login details
Sometimes, inboxes have anti-spam tools which can send emails from us to the junk folder.
If you don’t receive our messages, we advise you check the Spam / junk mail in your inbox.
Adding our addresses to your address book will resolve this problem.
If you still don’t receive any emails from us, please send a message to support@poker770.co.uk and enter your username and password.


I have lost my username or it doesn’t work
If you have forgotten your username, you must contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail confirming your personal information: name, surname and date of birth.
Please note that our software makes the distinction between uppercase and lowercase letters when filling in your login details - username or PSR (PSRXXXX) and password.


I have forgotten my password
To recover your Poker770 password, you can use the "Forgotten password?" option when you start the software and receive a temporary password by e-mail.
You must then restart the software and enter the temporary password that you received. You can then confirm your new password.


• I want to change my contact e-mail address
To change the email address for your account, you must contact our Customer Service Department by email at support@poker770.co.uk, confirming your personal data: name, surname, date of birth and both your old and your new email addresses.


• I would like to change my PSR (PSRXXX) or my username
Your PSR and your username are 2 items that cannot be changed. They allow you to sign in the POKER770 community.
We also remind you that in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you are only allowed one account per user and per household.


I cannot open a player account
Our system has been specially designed to allow you to only open one player account per computer. If another player account has already been opened using your computer, you will receive an automatic message containing the login details of this account.
To open your own account on our site, we advise you to complete the registration process from a different computer. You can then access this account from any computer.


How do I change my account from FUN mode to REAL mode?
Creating a player account on our site can be carried out in two steps:
- In Fun Mode (free), you can use your account just for fun, without having the chance of winning real money.
- A Real Mode account enables you to deposit, win real money, take advantage of our bonuses and take part in our promotions.
This can be easily carried out by going to the "Cashier" in your Fun account and filling in a new form with your personal data.


I would like to create another account.
Conforming to the rules of our site, having multiple accounts is not allowed. If you have forgotten the username and password of your current player account, please contact us at support@poker770.co.uk.


My account is blocked. What should I do?
For security reasons, our system automatically blocks access to your player account for 30 minutes when you enter an incorrect password 3 consecutive times.
Please note that our software makes a distinction between uppercase and lowercase letters when you fill in your login details – username or PSR (PSRXXXX) and password.
If the problem persists, please contact us at support@poker770.co.uk.


I would like to close my Poker770 account
Please send us a message explaining the reason for your request to support@poker770.co.uk, and tell us exactly why you wish to stop playing on our site.

 

2DEPOSITS

• How can I make a deposit into my player account?
Deposits can easily be made from the "Cashier" page on the Poker770 software. You will find all the payment methods on offer.


• I cannot deposit with my credit card.
First of all, we recommend that you make sure the card number and security code (last 3 digits on the back) were entered correctly. Please ensure that the expiry date is correct.
If the problem persists, we suggest that you contact your bank to ensure there are no special restrictions imposed on your card.

We would also like to remind you that you can credit your account via bank transfer or through alternative methods of payment such as Moneybookers, Neteller, Click2Pay ...


• I used my credit card on the Poker770 account of a friend and now I cannot place it on mine.
For security reasons, a bank card cannot be registered to two player accounts at the same time.
To unlock your card, please contact us at support@poker770.co.uk specifying the last four digits of the card in question and the username (PSR) of the account that you registered.

 

3WITHDRAWALS

• How can I withdraw my winnings?
Requests for withdrawals from your Poker770 account can be made at any time from the "Cashier" in the lobby, under the Withdrawal section.
Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been confirmed.
Allow 4 to 5 working days for your bank transfer to be credited to your bank account.


What are the conditions for withdrawal?
To validate requests for withdrawal, you must have already made a deposit of at least 30 EUR / USD / GBP / CHF / CAD.
You must also send a copy of your ID (identity card, passport or driving license) as well as a proof of address (ideally a recent utility bill).
The minimum amount authorised for withdrawals is 20 EUR / USD / GBP / CHF / USD.


What do IBAN, SWIFT and / or routing transit numbers mean?
This information is normally available on your bank statement or by contacting your bank:
- Swift code / BIC consists of 8 or 11 characters and is used to identify your bank,
- IBAN code begins with two letters identifying your country, then 2 digits, then up to 30 characters (letters or numbers) and is used to identify your bank account.
ABA code (routing transit number) is an additional code indicating which State the bank is in, where the account was opened. This code is only used for the United States and Canada.


I would like to cancel my withdrawal request and credit the amount to my account
You can cancel your withdrawal for the first 2 days following your request by going to "My Account" section - "Withdrawal."

• Does Poker770 collect any additional fees for deposits and withdrawals?
No fees are taken by our site for bank transactions. However, it is possible that transfer fees are enforced by your bank or for users of electronic wallets.


Can I change my Poker770 account currency?
If you wish to change the currency of your account, we will have to create a new account with different details (username and password).
Please note that this change will also change the status of your account, including records of your deposits / withdrawals, bonuses received and / or points accumulated in your old account. Please contact us at support@poker770.co.uk to proceed with the transfer of your account.


I want to transfer money to a friend.
You can only transfer money to players who have open accounts on our website and using the same currency (Euros, Dollars, etc..).
Please note that the following conditions are imposed:
- After making the transfer, your player account must still be in credit with a minimum amount of EUR 30 / USD / GBP / CHF / USD.
- The minimum amount for a transfer is $1 and maximum of $200 (per day) .
- Players involved in the transfer will no longer be able to play at the same cash tables or in the same sit & go tournaments.
If your attempt to transfer money to another player is rejected, you must send a message regarding this to support@poker770.co.uk to activate this option.

 

4BONUSES AND TOKENS

• What is a casino bonus?
Our casino bonuses can only be used on casino games available on our poker software.
To transfer your bonuses and any potential winnings to your real money balance, you have to carry out the playthrough referred to in the bonus conditions.
Carrying out a playthrough means betting a certain number of times (x8) using the bonus that you received, on our casino games. Please note that bets placed on games like Blackjack or Roulette are not taken into account when calculating bets.


• How do I use use my tokens and where can I find them?
The tokens represent free invitations to our tournaments and can be found in the "VIP status and Tokens" section of your player account.
These can be acquired either following a win in our tournaments or as a purchase from the shop or as a prize received from us.
For information, these invitations have an expiry date. Once expired, the tokens can no longer be used.

 

5USE OF SOFTWARE

• What is the minimum system requirements to install the Poker770 software?
- Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista or 7.
 - Pentium 400MHz or faster. CPU with at least 128MB of RAM.
 - Minimum screen resolution 800 by 600 pixels with 16-bit ("High Colour").
 - At least 30MB of free disk space.


• I have problems installing the software
To install the Poker770 software, please configure your antivirus / firewall so that it does not block the installation of our software.
If the problem persists, please contact us at support@poker770.co.uk explaining the error message that occurred.


• Can I change the language of my software?
You can change the language of the software by reinstalling the software at the start of the installation.


• I use a Mac
We would like to inform you that our downloadable software is not compatible with Macs.
Nevertheless, Poker770 offers a flash version of the lobby, where MAC users can play straight from their web browser.


• I have trouble connecting to the software
First of all; we recommend that you check the stability of your connection.
Alternatively, we recommend that you reinstall our software.
If the problem persists and it disconnects during a game, you can contact us specifying the date and approximate time, the full name of the tournament / table that were playing as well as the number of the last hand that you played.
All this information is available in your poker account in the My Account - Tournament / Table history.

 

6POKER AND TABLE GAMES

• I was insulted by another player/ I am a victim of collusion
If you have been a victim of unfair behaviour, please contact us at support@poker770.co.uk stating the full name of the tournament / table, the time of the tournament / table and the pseudo of the player concerned. After the necessary checks, Poker770 will take the necessary disciplinary action.


• How can I get the password for a private tournament?
The tournaments that are protected by a password are either private, organised by one of our affiliates or by one of our customers. Usually, the corresponding passwords can be found on our affiliates’ websites. We are not allowed to provide you with the passwords for private tournaments because the organisers of these tournaments retain the right to do so themselves.


• Have you encountered a connection problem during a tournament?
If you think this problem is not related to your Internet connection or your computer, please specify the date, time, type of game played, the amount involved and if possible, the name of the table.
If it is turns out that this problem is related to a technical problem resulting from our services, we will arrange a refund based on our conditions.
